Large living room (35 m²) with kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, 4 gas cooking plate, hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine with pods), washing machine, dining area, living room with sofas, stereo, DVD player and flat screen TV.
2 bedrooms : first bedroom with 1 bed 2 people king size 180x200cm and a second bedroom with 2 beds 1 person 90x190cm. Each bedroom opens onto the terrace.
Bathroom with walk-in shower and basin.
WC with wash-stand.
Large terrace (200 m²) entirely enclosed with garden furniture. Private jaccuzzi 6 places in an adjoining room, with stereo to relax while listening to music or radio. Free access to 1000 m² green space with garden, pound and palm trees. Barbecue.
Air conditionning (included). Cleaning at end of stay, sheets and towels included. Pets allowed free of charge, but no Bulldogs and similar breeds accepted. Private parking in front of the gite.
