Le Domaine de Pin Fourcat est une authentique manade camarguaise où sont élevés tout au long de l'année des chevaux et des taureaux de Camargue. Au fil des saisons, les activités de la Manade sont rythmés par le cycle des animaux.

On élève ici des taureaux de Camargue, taureaux dont la fougue se révèle dans les jeux taurins. Les taureaux vivent en liberté ce qui fait du cheval l'auxiliaire indispensable des gardians, chargés de veiller sur le troupeau. Il est indispensable pour se déplacer entre marais et paluns, et pour effectuer toutes les tâches liées au travail du bétail : conduite du troupeau, tri, rassemblement... La Manade de Pin Fourcat est reconnue pour la qualité de ses chevaux. Elle maintient au sein de son élevage les standards de la race Camargue.
